Quality control is critical to ensure the smooth running of our client's
Mystery Customer Research programme.

To assure quality, International Mystery Shopping Services ensures:

  • Every member of our team involved, directly or indirectly with our client
    fully understands the client's objectives and methodology to be employed
  • Each client is nominated their own Account Manager
  • Every client brief has a detailed Project Plan with agreed milestone delivery dates
  • All mystery shopping evaluators are fully briefed regarding the scenario
    and measurement criteria
  • All mystery shopping evaluators are fully trained in the customer-driven
    criteria definitions so that ambiguities and inconsistencies are minimised
  • Recording the mystery shopping exercise allows International Mystery Shopping Services
    to check the quality and performance of our professional evaluators, and constantly
    give constructive feedback to them - providing the highest standards in the Industry

At the end of each phase of the client project, everyone involved takes part in a
debriefing session.
